Motorhome Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Must be 25 years old to rent or drive.
  • Must have valid photo drivers license.
  • Must have valid insurance card.
  • Must have major credit card.
  • No smoking and no pets.
  • Cleaning as per cleaning rule/price sheet.
  • Reservation deposit: Perinton RV Rentals Inc requires the full payment (not including security deposit) on all rentals at the time of booking.  The payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
    Security Deposit: There is an $800.00 security deposit due upon pick up. The security deposit is refundable, subject to rental terms and conditions compliance. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of return providing the vehicle is clean (inside and outside), holding tanks are empty, gas tank full and the vehicle is not damaged or abused.
  • Gasoline and propane tanks are released full and the gasoline tank must be returned full. If not, the renter will be charged a $25.00 service charge to fill the gasoline tank plus the cost of gas at current pump price. The propane is the responsibly of Perinton RV Rental Inc..
  • A waste evacuation fee of $175.00 will be charged if the holding tanks are not empty and valves left open upon return.
  • If breakdowns occur and repairs are needed: Any repair under $100.00 may be done. Any repair over $101.00 must have prior authorization from dealer. Please save and submit all receipts and parts for repairs. Refunds will not be made without receipt or part.
  • If involved in an accident you must notify dealer within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted to our management upon your return. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
    Proper identification, employment, credit references, and a valid photo driver’s license must be presented when reserving a vehicle. All information will be verified.
  • The motorhomes come with 2 hour of generator usage per day. You will be charged a $4.00 per hour fee after free usage.
  • Return time: Vehicle must be returned no later that 12:00 pm on the day of scheduled return. A late charge of $50.00 per hour or $300.00 per day plus additional daily fees. Vehicles returned after 4:30 pm will be charged for that night as well as any late fees.
  • Complete operating instructions will be given at time of departure. It will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour. A more convenient time may be scheduled.
  • All fees are payable by cash, certified bank check, travelers checks or on a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Company checks or personal checks are not accepted for final payment. Full payment is due 7 days before departure i.e., balance of rental fee, estimated mileage charge and any other additional charges. Fees are subject to New York State sales tax of 8%.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
  • Terms and rates subject to change without notice. Any additional terms will be disclosed at the time of the rental agreement is signed.

 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via ceritified mail.
Security deposit will be refunded via check or credit card.
No Refunds on early returns.

  • Must have major credit card.
  • No smoking and no pets.
  • Cleaning as per cleaning rule/price sheet.
